Kyle Digmann-Pastor, Terra Kuennen-Bookkeeper</p><p>Father Kyle opened the meeting with a prayer.</p><p>Meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM.  April 6th minutes were reviewed and accepted.  Financial statements were reviewed and approved by consensus.</p><p>Old Business:  Dungey’s will be installing flooring on June 13th. The bathrooms will be painted before the flooring is put in. Nancy is hopeful to have everything completed by the night of the 13th.  Nancy is meeting West Music/Kepharts June 9th. There will be no charge for a consult regarding the speaker noise. The council approved any repair up to $1000.00 a bid will need to be submitted for anything over that amount.  Fr. Kyle will contact the John C. Kaiser Co. about the stains in the ceiling of the choir area.  Ken Panos is going measure for an awning and will get back to Bob. Bob said he has people who have come forward stating they would give donations for the awning.  The church received hail damage to the roof and a window was broken in the rectory. Fr. has been in contact with Rich Earls at the Archdiocese who will come and inspect the damage but he was not given a date of when this will happen. In the mean time Art will get a couple of estimates for the damage.  New Business:  There was some discussion about the church doing something for Ragbrai when it comes to Lawler. The council decided to pass on this idea  For the 2017/2018 term the officers will be Kathy Ball-Chair, Tammy Vrzak-Vice Chair and Nancy Cuvelier-Secretary.  Jean Wiemann has agreed to serve as a member on the council. Fr. will make a few more calls to get at least one more member to replace Bob Busta and Jackie Novotny who are going off.  Fr. gave Nancy the self insurance inspection report from the Archdiocese to be completed.</p><p>The meeting closed with a prayer at 7:11 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2017.
