<p>A Note from the Preschool Director: Cindy Wilton December 2016</p><p>Christmas Parade Dec. 8 at 5:00 We are waiting for confirmation from the Auburn Chamber of Commerce for the loading spot and parade route. We know that line up starts at 4:00-4:15. As soon as they let us know all the specifics, we will disperse the information to you. Please watch your child’s folder for information regarding the parade. Meanwhile, we can proceed with permission forms--this is required for your child and adults to participate. Sign up with Monique at the preschool desk if you plan to participate. Book Orders ONLINE ONLY If you would like to order books this month, please feel free to take a flyer from the Sign-in desk and take it home to get you started with an order online. In order to get the books back in time before the last day of preschool, Dec. 15, you will need to place the online order by Sunday, Dec. 5. If you would rather place a paper order, it will need to be completed by this Friday, Dec. 2. Do not feel obligated to order, but know that every order does help our school remain eligible for free materials for our classrooms. Last month, we received listening center books, literacy games, and books for the library! Thank you to those who are able to order! </p><p>SMCP Registration for 2017-18 All current SMCP students will receive registration packets beginning January 9, 2017. In order to secure a spot for your child, you will want to make your decision to return and have all registration turned in before January 20. New students will be able to register beginning on January 20. </p><p>Christmas OPEN HOUSE Rotations- Parent’s Invited! </p><p>Over Please Our Christmas OPEN HOUSE Rotations this year will take place on December 14th, our last Wednesday before the holidays. All parents are invited to participate in the rotations with their children. This is a fun way to meet all of our SMCP staff. We will begin promptly at 10:00 and end at 11:30. Please make plans to participate with your child! It is lots of fun! Christmas Vacation Our last day of school is Thursday, Dec. 15. SMCP will be closed beginning Friday, December 16 until Wednesday, January 4, 2017. School will resume on Thursday, January 5, 2017. </p><p>Peace, Good Will and Prayers to each and every SMCP family!
