<p> 1</p><p>3rd Annual Blessed Trinity Thunder Jr. Boys Basketball Invitational </p><p>Dates:  Thursday, Friday, Saturday; January, 10th, 12th, 13th 2012 Fees:  Faxed Registration form with $300 Payment due December 17, 2011  Cheque payable to Blessed Trinity Secondary School</p><p>Facility:  Hosted at the Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School  145 Livingston Ave, Grimsby, ON</p><p>Games:  3 Game Minimum  Certified Referees for entire event</p><p>Format:  8 Team Boys Tournament  3 game minimum  Finalized schedule will be faxed or e-mailed two week prior to the event</p><p>Awards:  Team Plaque and Prizes for winning teams Rules:  OBA rules OFSAA ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To represent a school in any OFSAA Championship or OFSAA-approved event a student must: (i) be eligible for competition under the Constitution, By-Laws and Standing Rules of the Association to which his/her school belongs; (ii) be certified as eligible by the Principal of the school; (iii) meet the following age requirements (for individual sports): Senior the individual’s birth certificate indicates that he/she has not reached his/her 19th birthday by January 1st prior to the start of the school year in which the competition is held. Junior the individual’s birth certificate indicates that he/she has not reached his/her 15th birthday by January 1st prior to the start of the school year in which the competition is held. Midget the individual’s birth certificate indicates that he/she has not reached his/her 14th birthday by January 1st prior to the start of the school year in which the competition is held.
