<p> THE SUMMIT COUNTY ROTARY CHARITABLE FUND PAYMENT PROCEDURES 03-06-10</p><p>In an effort to provide better control and accountability, the SCR CF hereby adopts the following administrative procedures effective immediately:</p><p>1. No check will be issued unless the “request for check form” (copy attached) is received and it is supported by receipts, invoices or other acceptable documentation and the request has been approved by the project chairperson or the responsible RCSC Board Member.</p><p>2. For checks to be delivered at a regular Tuesday general membership meeting, the request must be received not later than noon the previous Friday.</p><p>3. All other checks require a minimum 72 hour lead time.</p><p>4. DO NOT contact the SCR CF Treasurer, Sharon Butler, either by phone or in person, at her place of employment.</p>
