<p> BAND MUSIC TERMS</p><p>Accelerando - To gradually quicken tempo. Adagio - A tempo having slow movement; restful at ease. Allegro - Play lively and fast. Triplet - Three notes played in the same amount of time as one or two beats. The raising and lowering a pitch of an instrument to produce the correct tone of a Tuning - note. Tutti - Passage for the entire ensemble or orchestra without a soloist. Vivace - Direction to performer to play a composition in a brisk, lively, and spirited manner.
