Your teacher has nominated you as a potential candidate and therefore I am pleased to invite you to apply. Only a handful of students will be selected to be an Ambassador for their country - this is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia on the world stage. The World Education Games take place over three days from 13- 15 October 2015, however the role would officially start mid-September 2015.</p><p>An Ambassador’s role requires:  Having photos and a brief bio on the World Education Games website and social media  Raising the profile of the World Education Games within your school and local area  Submitting three posts to the World Education Games blog  Being a point of contact for local media with regard to the World Education Games 2015 (local WEG team to provide assistance with this).  Travelling to Sydney with one parent/guardian and teacher for the World Education Games Ambassador’s briefing on Wednesday 16th of September (costs covered by 3P Learning)</p><p>Any student ambassador wishing to apply should have these qualities:  Be confident and articulate  Familiar with Mathletics/Spellodrome/IntoScience and/or have participated in the World Education Games previously  Enthusiastic about representing their school, state and country on the world stage</p><p>In recognition of the prestigious nature of this role, each Ambassador is presented with a special gift during their trip to Sydney in September 2015.</p><p>To apply for this role, complete the included application forms and email them to [email protected] Applications for Australia’s Ambassador positions must be received by 14 August 2015.
