<p>Wdaisy™ Farm Management Software</p><p>Wdaisy™ Farm Management Software is a complete farm management Software that can handle all farming operations cycles, from the breeders to the processing plant (slaughter house), including accounting and stock management.</p><p>The Software consists of independent modules (one for each type of operations: Breeders, accounting, broilers, etc.) that could be purchased and installed separately or all together in one package. It supports multiple users, multiple departments and multiple currencies operations, and even multiple language interfaces, when necessary. When the full package is installed, the system keeps track of the origin of each flock from the breeders to the processing plant, as well as the transfer of eggs and/or birds from one production cycle to another, and the cost is carried on and updated instantly. </p><p>Wdaisy Business Management Software is created, maintained and supported by Micro User Consulting, LLC. Every year new updates and enhancements are added to the system. Micro User Consulting LLC has been in the business since 1988 and continued to update the system and re-implementing it using the latest technologies. The latest version of the Software is written in .NET c# language with SQL-Server database but it can be used also with any other relational database like Oracle and MySql.</p><p>Even though the general farming operations are the same, Micro User Consulting LLC understands that each business performs these operations differently and has specific needs; for this reason, Micro User Consulting LLC is open to negotiate any modifications, enhancements or changes to the Software, and will support and maintain each customer's version of the software separately.</p><p>The Full Package of Wdaisy Farm Management Software consists of the following modules:</p><p> Accounting Module. Breeders Management Module. Hatcheries Management Module. Broilers Management Module. Stock Management Module (feed, medicine and other items inventory.) Stock Production Module. Processing Plant (Slaughter House) Management Module. Security Module (Enables administrators to manage security permissions for the users, create security roles and groups.) Utility Module (To perform utility operations such as: Transfer data between branches, export data to Excel, backup/restore, etc.) In the following pages we will describe briefly the features and functionalities provided by each module, along with some screen shots:</p><p>Accounting Module:</p><p>This is a full accounting module, which handles all the accounting operations and generates financial reports. This module can be used as a standalone accounting system, but when installed with the Wdaisy Farm Management Software, it may be linked with the other farms modules, so when a farm operation is performed, (flock expense, slaughter house sale, etc.) it automatically creates the associated accounting transaction in the appropriate format, voucher type, sequence and amounts.</p><p>The main features of this module are:</p><p>- Multi-currency operations. - Currency exchange rates are entered periodically or on a daily basis. - Multiple departments (a department could be another plant or branch). - Cost Center File, to enable the classification of the transactions by cost center. - Account List which enabled dynamic categorization of the accounts, especially receivables and payables by region, class and type. - Unlimited hierarchical levels classification of the chart of accounts.</p><p>- Custom accounting voucher types per department or global: (Receipt, payment voucher, Credit Notes, etc.) each type has its own sequence number. - Multiple Currency journal entry form, to enter the accounting transactions with automatic conversion of amounts between base and foreign currencies. - Manual/Automatic Distribution of customer payments over existing invoices. - Automatic generation of “New Year” opening - Custom printing transactions. format for Journal Voucher, Receipt Voucher and Payment Voucher. - Automatic (FIFO) or manual link of the payments from the customers to their invoices. - Automatic generation of Exchange Difference Rate adjustment transactions. - Automatic generation of “End of Year” closing transactions.</p><p>- Daily Journal Report: Lists all operations by voucher type, period or voucher numbers. There are different formats of this report. - Accounts Balance Report: May be printed by account or group of account, currency, class, region, operation types, period and many other criteria. Also several formats of this report are available based on whether the user wants to see the amounts in base currency only or foreign and base currency, etc. - Account Statement Report: Various formats are also available for internal use or to present to customers. Report may be printed based on multiple criteria such as region, class, period, currency, operation types, etc. - Aging Report: Dynamic report that shows the age of the unpaid balances or invoices of the customers in fully customizable periodic intervals. </p><p>- Balance Sheet Report - Profit and Loss Report: Shows the difference between the expenses and revenues. Breeders Management Module:</p><p>This module manages all of the breeders’ operations, from the purchase of birds to production and sale of eggs.</p><p>The module consists of the following operations:</p><p>- Purchase of Breeders: Purchase of female and male birds, with automatic accounting transaction generation. - Purchase Charges: Enter the purchase related charges (such as transportation, taxes, etc.) with automatic generation of associated accounting transaction. The system will calculate the final cost of birds after charges. - Birds Setting: Distributes the birds over multiple houses, which enables later statistics per house, and per period (Rearing and Laying). - Flock Mortality: Enter the daily mortality and culling.</p><p>- Feed Body Weight Management: Enter the body weight and feed amounts consumed daily by the females and males in each house. - Flock Charges Management: Enter the feed, medicine, vaccine and any other charges on the flocks. The system will automatically generate the associated accounting transaction. </p><p>- Egg Production: Daily production of normal eggs and small, large, broken, misshapen eggs.</p><p>- Sale of Eggs: Sale of eggs to regular customers, which include invoice generation and printing as well as automatic accounting transaction generation. - Sale of Breeders: In case the farm decided to sell some of the breeder birds, the operator can use this form to create the invoice. This form is also directly linked to the accounting and a transaction can be generated automatically. - Transfer of Eggs to Hatcheries: If hatcheries module is present, it can be used to create transfer vouchers for the eggs transferred to the hatcheries. The operation is linked to the accounting and the cost of the eggs transferred is calculated based on the flock's charges, mortality and production. </p><p> Breeder Journal: This report is similar to the Accounting Journal Voucher. It lists all the breeders’ operations per type, period, flock, etc. Flock Charges Report: This report shows the charges spent on each flock per period, house, flock, item type (feed, medicine, etc.) Sale Report: Periodic egg sale summary report. More than ten summary options (by flock, flock/item, by item, cost center, etc.) Flock Analysis Report: Summary report of each flock, showing total production, mortality and feed consumption. Flock Financial Report: Financial summary report for each flock weekly, which shows the total charges, egg and bird cost, with three different ways to distribute and calculate the charges. Financial Detail Report: A fully detailed weekly summary report per flock, which shows the cost calculation, production, charges, mortality, feed/egg conversion and more. Hatcheries:</p><p>The Hatcheries Module allows the user to manage all the operations in the hatcheries, such as the purchase of eggs, hatching, broken eggs, charges and sale of chicks.</p><p>The module consists of the following operations:</p><p> Purchase of Eggs: This form manages the purchases from eggs from suppliers. It is linked automatically to the accounting module. Purchase Charges: Form to enter the charges on the purchases (such as transportation, taxes, etc.) with automatic generation of associated accounting transactions. The system will calculate the final cost of eggs after charge. Egg Setting: This form is used to group and distribute the eggs on the hatching machines.</p><p> Hatcheries Production: Enter the final total of eggs produced for each group. The system calculates the final cost of the eggs produced automatically. Broken and Non-Hatching Eggs: This form is used to record the total of broken and non-hatching eggs per group. Hatcheries Charges: Enter the charges spent in the hatcheries per group, with automatic generation of accounting transaction. Sale of Eggs: Managemant of egg sales to customers with automatic accouting transaction generation. Birds Transfer to Broiler Farms: Transfer of “day old birds” to broiler farms. This requires having the Broilers Module installled. </p><p> Hatcheries Journal: Reports all of the different operations that happened in the hatcheries during a specific period. Hatcheries Finanacial Report: Detailed report per group showing total eggs produced, broken and non-hatching; as well as charges, transfers and sales totals with cost calculation per egg. Broilers:</p><p>This module manages all the broilers operations, from the purchase of birds, raising them to sale or transfer to slaughterhouse.</p><p>The module consists of the following operations:</p><p>- Flock Purchase: Purchase of birds from suppliers with automatic accounting transaction generation. - Purchase Charges: Enter the purchase related charges (such as transportation, taxes, etc.) with automatic generation of associated accounting transaction. The system will calculate the final cost of birds after charge. - Flock Mortality: Enter the daily mortality and culling per flock. - Flock Charges Management: Enter the feed, medicine, vaccine and any other charges on the flocks. The system will automatically generate the associated accounting transaction. </p><p>- Flock Sale: Sale of birds to regular customers, which includes invoice generation and printing and automatic accounting transaction generation. - Transfer of Birds to Slaughter House: If the Slaughter House Module is installed, it can be used to create transfer vouchers for the birds transferred to the slaughterhouse. The operation is also linked to the accounting and the cost of the birds transferred is calculated based on the flock's charges, purchase and mortality. </p><p> Farm Journal: This report is similar to the Accounting Journal Voucher. It lists all of the operations in the broiler farm per type, period, flock, etc. Flock Charges Report: This report shows the charges spent on each flock per period, flock, item type (feed, medicine, etc.)</p><p> Flock Analysis Report: Summary report of each flock, showing total production, mortality and feed consumption. Flock Financial Report: Weekly financial summary report for each flock, which shows the total charges, bird cost and feed consumption.</p><p> Financial Detail Report: A fully detailed weekly summary report per flock, which shows the cost calculation, production in kilograms, charges, mortality, feed conversion and more. Stock Management Module:</p><p>This module is used to manage the stock of raw material, feed, medicine and any other items used in the farm operations.</p><p>The module consists of the following operations:</p><p> Stock Purchase: Manages the purchases of inventory items, in base or foreign currency. If the Accounting Module is purchased, then an associated accounting transaction could be generated automatically with the Purchase Invoice. Stock Purchase Charges: This form is used to enter the charges on the purchases of stock, such as transportation, customs, insurance, etc. The system will calculate the cost of the items after adding the charges. Stock Sale: This form is used to enter the sales and/or sales return operations. Micro User can customize the printed invoice format to match your needs for free. If the accounting module is included then the accounting transaction is generated automatically for the sale (or return). Stock Production Module:</p><p> Production Formula: This form allows the user to enter the default ingredients for produced items. For example, the ingredients that are used to produce one kilogram of breeder feed may be entered. Stock Production: This form is used to manage the production of feed (or other product) items. If the default production formula is entered for a particular product, the system will calculate and fill the ingredients for the production automatically. An accounting transaction could also be generated automatically by the system.</p><p> Item Statement: Similar to an Account Statement Report, this report will list all of the activities of an item for a specific period. The report may be printed based on multiple criteria such as a group of items, operation types, or for a specific account, etc.</p><p> Stock Journal: This report shows all of the transactions that occurred during a specific period. The report may be printed by operation type, item, account and many other criteria options. Inventory Report: This report shows the stock quantity and value of each item for a specific date.</p><p> Sale Report: Shows all of the sales of stock for a specific period. The report can be generated in several formats, for example: by item, by item/customer, by customer, etc. </p><p> Purchase Report: This report shows the summary of purchases for each item. It can be displayed in different formats by item, supplier, item/supplier, etc..</p><p>Processing Plant Module:</p><p>This module is used to manage all of the operations that occur in the slaughterhouse including sales, cutting, packing and freezing processes.</p><p>This module consists of the following forms and reports:</p><p>- Mortality and Discards Form: This form is used to record mortality and birds discarded. These numbers will be considered as losses and the cost price of the remaining birds will be automatically adjusted. - Cut-Up Process: This is the process of cutting the raw birds to produce other raw items (such as liver, legs, etc.) The user can specify default formulas for a cut-up process, to enable the system to automatically calculate and generate the produced items. - Packing Process: This form is used to manage the packing operations. The cost of the produced item is calculated automatically from the sum of the ingredients. Also, automatic packing formulas may be defined for each product in order to speed up the data entry. An accounting transaction will be automatically generated for the packing operations at posting time. - Freezing Process: This form manages the freezing operations. The frozen items will be produced from other items, the system will calculate the cost and keep track of the frozen stock inventory. Also pre-defined formulas could be specified to speed up the data entry. - Order Entry: This form is used to enter orders from customers.</p><p>- Delivery Note: This An invoice is automatically generated, as well as the form is used when Sale Accounting Transaction. the merchandise is being prepared for delivery to the customers. The Delivery Note items could be filled automatically from the order of the customer, and barcode scanning is enabled to compare the quantities delivered verses the quantities ordered. - Sale And Sale Return: These are two forms that are used to create sale invoices or sale return invoices. Accounting transactions are generated in both cases. - Posting Form: This form is used to 'post' the data, which forbids further modifications to the existing operations and generates the accounting transactions for the packing operations.</p><p>The Stock Management Module includes several reports and more reports are added periodically by Micro User Consulting. </p><p>Below is a list of some of the reports included in this module: </p><p>- Sale Report: This report shows all the sales in the slaughterhouse in 25 different variations (per customer, per item, per item/customer, region, etc.)</p><p>Many criteria may be specified in order to filter the report data. - Sale Journal: This report is used like a Journal Voucher Report. It shows all of the operations that occurred in the slaughterhouse for a specific period. Different criteria may be specified to filter the search (example: by operation type, by account, by item, etc.)</p><p>- Profit and Loss Report: This report compares the total sales in the slaughterhouse with the cost and calculates the profit or loss per item, customer or other combination (such as by region, by class, etc.) Security Module:</p><p>This module is a generic module that is used to handle the permissions to the program modules.</p><p>The module enables an administrator to perform the following operations:</p><p> Create security roles. Assign users to sevcurity roles. Grant or revoke permission to each form or report in the modules installed.</p><p>Utility Module:</p><p>This module is a generic module that is used to perform utility and maintenance operations, for example:</p><p> Transferal of data between departments to HQ or vice-versa (in the event that the software is installed in multiple locations.)</p><p> Export or import the data from Excel or comma separated files. Backup or restore the data. Data defragmentation. Archive old data or restore data from the archive. Define user preferences. Run data validation (to detect any discrepancy or broken links).
