In all cases, the length shall always exceed the width. B-Markings All lines shall be distinctively marked not more than five (5) inches wide. B Markings: All Lines shall be distinctively marked not more than five (5) inches wide.</p><p>Rule 13 - FREE KICKS</p><p>Conform to F.I.F.A. with the following exceptions. A Shall be classified under one heading - INDIRECT. B A goal may not be scored until the ball has been played or touched by a second player of either team. C no kicks shall be taken by the attacking team within the defending teams goal area.</p><p>Rule 14 - PENALTY KICKS</p><p>MITE No Penalty Kicks SQUIRT/ Penalty kicks shall be taken from prescribed ATOM spot with opponents eight (8) yards away before kick is taken.</p><p>Rule 15 - THROW-IN</p><p>Conform to F.I.F.A.</p><p>Teaching the correct method of taking throw is the responsibility of the Coach.</p><p>Rule 16 - GOAL KICK</p><p>A May be taken from any point inside the Goal Area on that side in which the ball went out of play. Opposing Coaches and players shall shake hands after every game. 2. Participation awards for all players - not just for the best team. 3. Coaches, non-playing players, parents and spectators should be located not less than six (6) yards from outside the touch line or twenty (20) yards from the goal line. 4. Individuals, other than participants, should be discouraged from running up and down the length of the field. 5. No alcoholic beverages to be consumed or allowed near the playing area. 6.
