<p> ST. MARY’S ROD AND CLASSIC 5 June 2017 MEETING MINUTES 7:05 </p><p>Attendees: B. Mori, D. Bateman, R. Finelli, M. & S. Vaughan, C. & V. Morelli, J. & B. Higgs, J. Vannatta, B. Elkins, L. Ulm, J. Hynson, R. Watson, M. Muir, C. Metz, T. Klinefelter, F. Fenwick and guests V. Merz and A. Gardner. </p><p>The June Agenda, May 1st meeting minutes and June 2017 Treasurer’s report were reviewed and approved. The Treasurer reported $5008 savings and $10,469 checking. </p><p>The following items were discussed:</p><p>1. Billy presented Vince Merz from Hospice with the check for $8000, the club’s 2017 donation. Vince thanked the club for their donation mentioning that since 2004 the club has donated over 100K to Hospice. </p><p>2. 32nd Spring Fling final report was presented. After all the bills were paid the club net was $14,721.73.</p><p>3. Club Picnic – Billy suggested cruising to the Knight of Columbus in Ridge for the Chicken Dinner. Billy will check on the date. </p><p>4. Club donations will be discussed at a future meeting. </p><p>5. Andi Gardner came by to discuss the possibility of members showing your car on YOUTUBE. Billy to follow up with additional info.</p><p>Upcoming Events:</p><p>1. 10 Jun - Crab Festival and Car Show at the Leonardtown Fairgrounds. Car show is from 11 to 4. See SMRC website for more details. 2. 16 Jun - Cedar Lane Senior Center is having their Father’s Day event Friday from 2 till 4 PM. They would appreciate some cars on display. 3. 29 Apr 2018 - 33rd Spring Fling – rain date May 6th 2018. Flyers will specifically say NO RESERVED PARKING.</p><p>Meeting was adjourned at 7:45.
