<p> Booster Club Meeting Minutes</p><p>Meeting Date: May 11, 2015 Meeting Time: 7:00 pm Location: FMHS Multi-Purpose Room Prepared by: Catherine Renfro</p><p>President: Debra Wilson  Called the meeting to order at 7:02pm  2015/2016 Booster Club Board! o President: Laura Adams . Voted Laura in as President (1st motion to approve: Brett Steward, 2nd: Susan Kelly) . Laura Adams was voted in as the 2015/2016 Booster Club President. o Vice President: Tracey Lynn McElhone o Treasurer: Tamara Kubala o Secretary: Kellie Shay o Spirit Wear: Chad Martin o Fundraising: Lisa Clayton and Fred and Kendall Pretzer o Concessions: David and Debbie Anderson (help from Cathy Weiskopf Siu) . All current and next year board members will meet individually to pass over all notebooks and information.</p><p>Vice President: Al Dombroski  Middle School Boys Soccer Games – April 14 – May 12 o Last Game Tuesday, May 12!! o Thank you to all that stepped up and helped sell tickets and run the game clock!!</p><p>Treasurer – Mary Mrozek  Reviewed financials. They were accepted!  2015/2016 Budget Review o Budget will need to be adjusted/amended and will be sent out via email for final acceptance.  Audit of the Books o 2 auditors (Tamara Kubala and Claudine Tudgay) will meet with Mary Mrozek once all books are closed and ready for final review.</p><p>Secretary-Catherine Renfro  Please step up or ask around for a Webmaster, Facebook and Twitter volunteer!  Turn in your game day signs to Coach Doyle unless you want to keep them for next year! o We will not be purchasing more signs next year, so if you keep them because you will be volunteering to put the signs out again, be sure to keep them in a safe protected area that you remember next year!!</p><p>Fund Raising – Lisa Clayton /Susan Kelly  Board is looking at doing 2 new fundraisers next year! Look for more information in the Fall!! o Twisted Tator Booth at Texas Motor Speedway o Golf Tournament</p><p>Spirit Wear – Chad Martin  Working on new designs for next year!!</p><p>New Business:</p><p> Tracey McElhone suggested community service projects for next year o Possibly 1 per quarter</p><p> Tracey McElhone also proposed working with the State Special Olympics. o Referee or even just pass out awards, etc. o Weekend of May 22nd and 23rd, from 8am to 4pm o At the University of Texas at Arlington o More information to be emailed out once we have more sign up details!!</p><p>Upcoming Events –</p><p>NONE!!!</p><p>THE BOARD WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF YOU FOR HELPING TO MAKE THIS A GREAT YEAR FOR FMHS BOYS SOCCER!
