<p> Holy Family Church Minutes of Pastoral Council Meeting January 13, 2015</p><p>Present: Ed Panconi, Hayden Claisse, Mary Schimmoller, Alma Lujan-Castro, Ramon Barreras, Cambria Tortonelli, Tali Arnold, Dante Puccinelli, Phil Argento, David Sanchez, and Joe Butler</p><p>Absent: TinaTran and Anne Murphy</p><p>The minutes from the previous meeting of Nov. 19, 2014 were approved, they will be posted on the website accordingly.</p><p>Following a joint meeting of the Pastoral Council and the Commissions the Pastoral Council proceeded with the January meeting. </p><p>I. Hayden Claisse Report: Hayden's report included 3 handouts that explained: Purpose of the Pastoral Council, a draft for an approach to develop a vision and long range plan for Holy Family Parish, and 3 top strategies to achieve the Pastoral Plan. The draft detailed the current situation, how to identify improvements or changes that should be made to the Pastoral Plan, and what should be the vision for Holy Family Church over the next 3-5 years. Through meetings and surveys with Pastoral Council, Hayden presented the 3 top strategies that were voted as areas the Pastoral Council should concentrate on improving.</p><p>II. Cambria's report: Cambria gave an update on the repair/improvements to the playground.
