<p> Sponsorship Instructions 2014</p><p>Danvers Youth Hockey is again running its 300-100 Sponsorship Fund Drive that can directly benefit you. For every $300 sponsorship you acquire, we lower your designated player's tuition by $100. There is no limit to the number of sponsorships you can acquire.</p><p>Getting started is simple: 1. Download and print the PDF "2014 Sponsorship Form" shown below 2. Fill in the required fields on the form 3. Collect a check from the sponsor payable to "Danvers Youth Hockey" 4. Make sure your designated player's name is on the sponsorship form 5. Return to the DYH PO Box 6. Receive a $100 credit towards tuition</p><p>The 300-100 Sponsorship Fund Drive ends on November 9, 2014.</p>
