<p> ST SAVIOUR’S RC PRIMARY SCHOOL HEADTEACHER PERSON SPECIFICATION</p><p>The person specification is a picture of the skills, knowledge and experience needed to carry out the job. It has been used to draw up the advertisement in conjunction with the school’s specification for the role, and will also be used in the shortlisting and interview process for this post. The categories marked ‘S’ will be used for the purpose of shortlisting.</p><p>1 Qualifications</p><p>1.1 Practising Catholic S 1.2 Understanding of the distinctive nature and purpose of a S Catholic school 1.3 Commitment to Catholic education S 1.4 Qualified Teacher Status S 1.5 Evidence of appropriate inservice training, including areas of S particular relevance to the leadership of Catholic schools 1.6 Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies, Catholic Teachers’ S Certificate or knowledge and understanding to an equivalent level 1.7 NPQH or enrolled on the programme and working towards
