<p> BULLDOG BOOSTER CLUB TWILA SWICK STUDENT ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION</p><p>The BBC / TS memorial athletic scholarship was created in 1988 for the purpose of providing college financial assistance to PHS student athletes. Twila Swick served as President of the Booster Club and was a very active booster club member for many years. The first scholarship was awarded to one student in the amount of $250. This scholarship is administered by the Bulldog Booster Club and awarded to student athletes once a year.</p><p>ELIGIBILITY:</p><p> PHS student athlete with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.</p><p> Participant in PHS athletics as an athlete, manager or trainer for one season in each of the first three years, and earned a varsity letter in the senior year.</p><p>SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA AND COMPLETION OF THE ATTACHED APPLICATION:</p><p> Years of participation in athletics and athletic achievement</p><p> School and community involvement </p><p> Written response (100 words or less) to question ‘How has participation in PHS athletics influenced your life?’ </p><p>DEADLINE: April 26 in the Pasco High School Student Services Center</p><p>INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. </p><p>Selection of the recipients will be made and student athletes will be notified before the close of the school year. Disbursement of the monies will be awarded upon proof of enrollment as a full time student in an accredited vocational or 2 or 4 year institution Monies will be given to the school registrar, payable to the student and school jointly at that time.
