Wednesday, April 15, 2015

 April is the Month of the Military Child , providing an opportunity to recognize and honor the service of NH’s youngest heroes, over 4,100 military children. Help us turn New Hampshire purple on April 15th! Be creative….the goal is for military youth to see they have our thanks and support.  The New Hampshire Military Youth and Family Program, part of UNH Cooperative Extension, invites you to join us for the 5th annual Purple Up! for Military Kids celebration by wearing purple on Wednesday, April 15th. This is a very visible way to show support and thank military children for their strength and sacrifices. Purple symbolizes all branches of the military, as it is the combination of Army green, Marine red, and Coast Guard, Navy and Air Force blue.

Send us photos for our website and Facebook page for military youth and families to see!

Phone: (603) 862-0876 Email: [email protected] Fax: (603) 862-0005 twitter.com/nhmilitarykids nhmilitarykids.org facebook.com/nhmilitarykids

The University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension is an equal opportunity educator and employer.
