<p>Dear Parents:</p><p>We are fortunate to have available to student online access to our reading series, Reading Street. This is a step-sheet to assist you with accessing the information.</p><p>First, go to the district website at http://www.waynesville.k12.mo.us/site/default.aspx? PageID=1. </p><p>Click on the PowerSchool icon in the upper right hand corner.</p><p>You will come to the sign in screen for Student and Parent. You will enter your child’s 6-digit student number for the username and the password is the 6-digit student number. Click “sign in”.</p><p>Click on “Pearson Easy Bridge” on the left hand side of the screen.</p><p>You will see the screen below. Click on “Reading Street Common Core Grade 1” (or whatever is listed for your child’s grade).</p><p>You will see the screen below. Click on “Reading Street Common Core” under “Programs”. To access the Reading Street materials that go along with the Unit your child is working on, just click on the correct unit. Below is an example of what you would see if you clicked on Unit R. You will click on the link to access the materials for that particular week.</p><p>To access work assigned by your child’s teacher, click on “Classes” at the top of the screen and you will see the box below. You will click on “Assignments” under the reading box.</p><p>This will take to you to the assignments that your child should work on at home.</p>
