<p> SCBAA Meeting Minutes – October 17, 2016 – 7pm SCB Gym</p><p>Attendance: Mike Murray, Josh Toal, Matt Heischmidt, Tammy Buehler, Matt Maher, Nick Hester, Katie Nikodym, Tj Slattery, John Piskulich, Ivonne Livingston</p><p>Opening Prayer: (Mike)</p><p>Old Business:</p><p>*Mrs. Burton’s to-do list update: according to John P. most should be finished by the week’s end.</p><p>*Entryway final update: (Tammy) RBO printing co plans on installing the ordered pieces by Nov. 11 or 14.</p><p>New Business:</p><p>*Sports Reports</p><p>*CYC Report: (Matt Maher) – basketball – many not happy about the recent change of the time addition/increased time of 2 min each half. District games will play by the Archdiocese CYC rules vs the city-county rules. CYC district wide is still looking for a soccer coordinator. Nov. 7 is the girls’ soccer playoffs and Nov. 14 is the boys’ playoffs.</p><p>*Basketball: (Nick Hester) (2) ball racks ordered. These new racks will be locked up. Coaches will have the combination. Registration begins October 23. There will be a $25 penalty for later registration. Nick stated that the final team counts and rosters need to be turned in to CYC by Nov. 1st. He would like a representative in SCB gym at all times during home games. He referred to it as kind of a “marshal” when he can’t be there. He is looking for more refs and scores table workers.</p><p>*SCBAA Christmas Party is set for Dec. 27th at Corner Bar.</p><p>Next meeting is set for Nov. 28th.</p><p>Closing Prayer (Mike Murray)</p><p>Adjournment. </p>
