To Whom It May Concern

Dear Sir or Madam,

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read over this letter. I am writing to you on behalf of General John Stricker Middle School. We are implementing a school- wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports System (PBIS). PBIS is designed to teach students pro-social skills and to support behaviors consistent with a positive and safe learning environment. In order to ensure the success of PBIS, it is imperative that we reward students, teachers and staff for displaying positive behaviors that reflect a dedication to learning and citizenship. General John Stricker Middle School has a very limited budget and we are asking for monetary and/or product donations that can be used as rewards for our students who display consistent positive behavior. Donations of any size are greatly appreciated and will be recognized in our monthly school news letter, in PTA and faculty meetings, and in print materials created to promote PBIS in our school. Thank you for your time and consideration. We appreciate your dedication to the education of our youth. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school at 410-887-7039.

Sincerely,

PBIS Facilitator General John Stricker Middle School
