<p> Shelby County Schools PLC Coaches’ Meeting Agenda Thursday, May 19, 2016</p><p>Theme: Destination 2025 Learning Objectives:  Instructional Leaders will have an opportunity to reflect on Priority 1, Strengthen Early Literacy, and the rollout of our first key strategy- executing a Comprehensive Literacy Improvement Plan (CLIP).  Instructional Leaders will better understand the Title I requirements for school-wide schools and how to align Title I resources and efforts to reach Destination 2025.</p><p>7:30am - 8:00am Breakfast/Sign In Outside Multipurpose Room 8:00 am- 8:20am Motivational Moment Jami Fowler-White Auditorium PLC Coach Raineshaven ES PLC Coaches will transition to assigned locations</p><p>8:20 am – 10:00 am Federal Programs Penny Tubbs</p><p>10:10 am -10:55 am Professional Learning Year in Review Session Facilitators</p><p>Break-Out Sessions Please See Assigned Groups and Room Locations</p><p>Multipurpose Elementary Schools Jolie Mahadalli Room Zones 3, 4, 5, & 12 (ES)</p><p>Auditorium Elementary Schools Dr. Michael Lowe Zones 8, 9, 11, 13 (ES) & 14</p><p>W115 Middle Schools LaTisha Bryant Zones 1, 6, 7, 10, 12(MS), 13(MS) & 14</p><p>W116 High Schools Racheal Addison Zones 1, 6, 7, 10, 12(HS), 13(HS) & 14</p><p>ALL Groups transition to TLA Auditorium 11:00 am – 11:20 am Superintendent’s Updates Dorsey Hopson Auditorium Superintendent</p><p>11:20 am- 11:45 am Celebrations Dr. Angela Whitelaw Assistant Superintendent</p>
