<p> OPEN SPACE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES REORGANIZATIONAL MEETING JANUARY 9, 2013</p><p>PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC NOTICE: Adequate notice of this public meeting has been made in accordance with the 1975 Open Public Meetings Act inasmuch as a notice has been published in the New Jersey Herald, transmitted to the Star Ledger and posted at the Municipal Building, 150 Kennedy Road, Tranquility, NJ.</p><p>ROLL CALL: Louis Caruso, Daniel Conkling, Roy Aull, Marie Meyer, Katie Besbris, Paul Nusbaum and Gladys Golder</p><p>Members Present: Louis Caruso, Daniel Conkling, Roy Aull, and Gladys Golder Also present was Patty DeClesis, Secretary Members Absent: Katie Besbris, Marie Meyer and Paul Nusbaum</p><p>REORGANIZATION:</p><p>1. Reappointments per Township of Green Resolution 2012-18. See attached.</p><p>2. Administer Oaths of Office: Patty DeClesis, Secretary, administered the Oaths of Office</p><p>3. Appoint Chairman and Vice-Chairman:</p><p>Daniel Conkling made a motion to appoint Louis Caruso as Chairman, seconded by Roy Aull. No other nominations were made. All Ayes. Motion carried.</p><p>Roy Aull made a motion to appoint Daniel Conkling as Vice-Chairman, seconded by Gladys Golder. No other nominations were made. All Ayes. Motion carried.</p><p>4. Approve Meeting Dates for 2013:</p><p>The following 2013 meeting dates were approved to begin at 7:30 p.m.:</p><p>Wednesday, February 13 Wednesday, June 5 Wednesday, March 6 Wednesday, October 2 Wednesday, April 3 Wednesday, November 6 Wednesday, May 1 Wednesday, December 4 Wednesday, January 8, 2014 There are no meetings July, August, or September.</p><p>Motion to approve meeting dates was made by Daniel Conkling, seconded by Gladys Golder. No discussion. All Ayes. Motion carried.</p><p>MINUTES:</p><p>1. Approval of minutes of December 5, 2012</p><p>Motion to approve the minutes of December 5, 2012, was made by Daniel Conkling seconded by Roy Aull. No discussion. All Ayes. Motion carried. </p><p>UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None</p><p>NEW BUSINESS:</p><p>1. Lou Caruso mentioned that there will be a joint meeting with Open Space and the Agriculture Committee to discuss and share ideas. This meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2013 2. Gladys Golder will work with Rich Vohden, Chairman, Environmental Committee, on the map of open space and preserved land.</p><p>Public Comments and/or Questions: None</p><p>EXECUTIVE BUSINESS: None</p><p>The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 7:30 p.m.</p><p>Motion to adjourn was made by Daniel Conkling seconded by Gladys Golder.
