<p> MARCH AERO CLUB 2355 Graeber St. Suite 11, March ARB, Ca 92518-2318</p><p>MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS</p><p>1. I understand that, as a member in good standing of the March Aero Club, I am obligated to pay the monthly dues not later than the 15th of the month. Dues will be charged against my MasterCard or VISA by signed authorization on file (AR Form). Checks will be accepted and governed by the March Aero Club SOP. I further understand that failure to pay my account will result in the denial of the use of the Aero Club facilities and equipment and a possible late charge assessed by the NAF Financial branch. I further understand that if failure to pay after 90 days, I will be terminated IAW AFMAN 34-214.</p><p>2. I understand that dues will be automatically charged to my account each month until I RESIGN MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE MARCH ARB AERO CLUB IN WRITING. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I AM OBLIGATED TO PAY THESE DUES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT I UTILIZE THE AERO CLUB FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT DURING THAT MONTH.</p><p>3. I understand that attendance of the monthly Aero Club Safety Meetings is mandatory and that failure to attend two consecutive Safety Meetings will result in my being grounded until such time as I receive documented briefings on the missed meetings. The Installation Commander has authorized the viewing of Safety Meeting Videotaping to satisfy attendance requirements.</p><p>4. I understand that I may be called upon by the Aero Club Manager to perform duties directly related to the operation of the Aero Club. These duties may include directions from Staff, Supervisor of Flying (Clearing Official), Facilities/Equipment clean-up, or participation in promotional activities. It is my responsibility to perform these duties to the best of my abilities when I am called upon and failure to do so may result in the suspension of my Aero Club privileges.</p><p>______SIGNATURE</p><p>______DATE</p>
