<p> Department of Education Region XII Division Of Cotabato Mlang North District NEW CONSOLACION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL New Consolacion</p><p>CHILD PROTECTION POLICIES INTEGRATED WITH ANTI-BULLYING POLICY</p><p>1. Creating an environment within the school that is conducive for teaching & learning, stress- free in a Child-friendly School System(CFSS) Environment.</p><p>2. Strengthen harmonious relationship with stakeholders/communities as well as Local Government to invest time, money & effort in making the school a better place for learning & promote the total well-being of the children.</p><p>3. Maintains a learning environment of courtesy and respect for different learners (e.g. ability, culture, gender, social status, religious belief).</p><p>4. Conducts regular PTA Board meeting (every 2nd Friday of the Month) & School Monitoring and Evaluation & Plan Adjustment (SMEPA) to assess and evaluate school performance & utilizes information to address the barriers & bottlenecks to improve teaching & learning.</p><p>5. Understand the rights & responsibilities of the child as embodied in different laws.(e.g. RA 7610, PD 603)</p><p>6. Communicates and enforces school policies and procedures for appropriate learners behavior ( e..g. Bullying, cruel teasing)</p><p>7. Teachers should be physically and mentally fit to develop child’s physical and mental abilities to the fullest.</p><p>8. Promotes children’s health and well being by promoting healthy lifestyle.</p><p>9. All Children should be free from performing any work that beyond their strength & likely hazardous.</p><p>10. A child must be protected from exploitation, physical, mental and emotional torture. 11.
