<p> Seahorse Dive Club Monthly Meeting Minutes July 15th 2015 </p><p>1. ATTENDEES P. Green, M, Scott, M, Horton, A. Osbourne. T .Felstead, C. Felstead, Club members present. W King, B. Horton. Apologies for absence: Dave Hall, Mike Brien, Rob Grzesicki. 2. Minutes Approval: June Minutes - Approved. 3. FINANCE as of 15th July Community Acc £2756.16 BMM Acc £1001.43 Total £3757.59 Expenditure in June £ 644.06 Income £ 60.00 Cash held £ 185.00 4. DIVING 4.1 Westbay 14/15th June – Sat cancelled but Sunday OK (Moidart & Outer Ledges) 4.2 MH & MS took the RIBs out on the previous weekend – 2 good dives were achieved. 4.3 Weymouth 10 divers were booked on boat – cancelled at last minute due weather. 4.4 Baltic rec week went according to plan (16 divers) – report and pictures to follow soon. 4.4 Future trips include: Plymouth in October , Weymouth, and RIB diving from early August. 4.5 Future Overseas trips include: TRUK Lagoon in 2016, and we are researching Croatia for 2017. We are also researching: Ireland, Channel Isles, Mull, Western Isles, Spain, France and Italy for 2016. 5. MEMBERS - 32 6. OASIS - Third evening went very well. RG looking to book an extra Tuesday per month from August. The next Pool and Social evening is the 21st July. 7. SOCIAL Dive and BBQ at Cromhall on Sunday 16th August. The BBQ will include Polish foodstuffs. 8. AOB EFR course 20/6/15 - went well, and we plan to run another later in the year. The cost to the club was just £151.30. Steve Cain is continuing to update the website but is asking for more reports/pics/events news. Subsidized Diving – the policy we will follow is that the club will set up dive days, and when they are busy enough to go ahead, we will then decide whether to subsidize a particular day. Ben Horton will be working in California next year and there may be an opportunity to dive the Pacific for very reasonable cost. More news on this as it evolves. </p><p>Meeting closed at 8.45pm.
