<p> AGREEMENT BETWEEN TENNESSEE BOARD OF REGENTS AND TENNESSEE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY</p><p>This agreement, made this 2nd day of October, 2006, and effective July 1, 2006, by and between Tennessee Board of Regents (“TBR”) and Tennessee Technological University (“Contractor”), for the purpose of further development of an interactive web site and other media concerning strategic planning, academic audit, and degree programs as also provided in the agreement, as amended, between the parties effective September 1, 2004.</p><p>W I T N E S S E T H</p><p>By this agreement the parties agree to all the terms and conditions of the September 1, 2004 agreement, Attachment I, except that in no event may payment under this agreement exceed the remaining balance from the July 1, 2005 amendment.</p><p>The term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.</p><p>All other terms and conditions of the September 1, 2004 agreement, as amended, are hereby incorporated by reference.</p><p>IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, through their authorized representatives, have affixed their signatures.</p><p>TENNESSEE BOARD OF REGENTS</p><p>Charles W.
