WING SUPPLEMENT 1</p><p>CAPR 77-1</p><p>14 October 2014</p><p>Vehicle Management</p><p>OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL AIR PATROL OWNED VEHICLES </p><p>CAPR 77-1, dated 26 Dec 2012 with change 13 Mar 2013, is supplemented as follows:</p><p>1-5 (i). Added. Prior to approving any Driver's Endorsements for CAPF 101 each vehicle Operator must first review the NCWG Vehicle Operator Training and pass the corresponding test. </p><p>1-7 (a). Added. Request for out of Wing operation of CAP corporate vehicles require prior approval of the Wing Commander or NC Wing Transportation Officer. </p><p>2-2 (j). Added. Fire extinguishers are required for vehicles utilized by Ground Teams. Fire Extinguishers shall be inspected monthly to verify a green indication. </p><p>2-2 (k). Added. Basic First Aid kits are required for vehicles utilized by Ground Teams. First Aid kits shall be inspected with the monthly inspection of the vehicle to ensure that any perishable items are within expiration dates. </p><p>2-2 (p). Added. The assignee unit shall be responsible for vehicle safety and security to include CAP owned equipment contained therein.</p><p>David E.
