No buying and re-selling or subletting of vendor booth space is permitted.</p><p>The New Richmond Vintage Flea provides 10’x 10’ vendor spaces, WIFI access, adequate waste receptacles, and market promotion through River Village Shoppe’s website. You are encouraged to self-promote the market also. Our goal is to create a vibrant gathering place where individuals can interact with vendors that specialize in vintage, antique and artisan items and enjoy educational and entertainment activities.</p><p>MARKET GUIDELINES -The New Richmond Vintage Flea is primarily an antique and vintage resale market, but also provides a variety of handmade products made by local artisans. All products and goods sold at the market are sold as is with no warranties. Products cannot be bought and resold by vendors.</p><p>1) All vendors will be subject to approval prior to selling at the market, and the Market Manager will determine eligibility. In future years, priority will be given to returning vendors. 2) Tables and stands used to display and sell goods are to be provided by the vendor. Canopies, if used, must be weighted at all times for the safety of customers and vendors. Tables must be set so as not to go beyond the lined stall. 3) Vendors must have a professional-looking sign, which clearly displays the name of their business. 4) Vendors paying the annual fee will occupy the same space throughout the season whenever possible. 5) Vendors shall comply with all rules and regulations of the State of Ohio and the Village of New Richmond relating to the products they sell (including, but not limited to, State ID Tax #, sales tax, labeling and processing laws, insurance, etc.) 6) The New Richmond Vintage Flea is covered by a limited liability insurance policy. 7) Vendor will indemnify and hold harmless the New Richmond Vintage Flea. and its members, managers, and agents for, and will pay to the New Richmond Vintage Flea the amount of any loss, liability, claim, damage (including incidental and consequential damages), expense (including costs of investigation and defense and reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising, out of, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with vendor’s display and sale of merchandise at the New Richmond Vintage Flea. 8) Vendor members with reserved spaces must notify the Market Manager by 12:00 noon on the preceding Friday if they are not attending the Saturday market. Unexcused absence will result in a loss of reserved space. 9) Vendors are expected to arrive by 10:00 a.m. and be set up and ready for business at 10:30 a.m and to stay until 2:30 p.m. (You are welcome to stay until 4:00 p.m.) if you would like. 10) There is no parking on the market green space. Ample adjacent street parking surrounds the market space on two sides. Once the vendor’s vehicle is parked, the motor must be turned off and remain off. 11) The New Richmond Vintage Flea is a smoke-free venue. 12) At the end of each market day, vendor spaces must be clear of all debris. The market will provide waste receptacles for vendor and customer use. 13) Vendors are responsible for their own financial market transactions and should have adequate cash on hand for making change. The New Richmond Vintage Flea and River Village Shoppe are not responsible for providing change to market vendors. 14) Communications between the New Richmond Vintage Flea and the market vendor will be handled through e-mail whenever possible.
