<p> William Barnhart</p><p>William (Bill) Barnhart is Auto Claim Counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. He began his career with State Farm as an Automobile Insurance Underwriter in Greeley, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado, School of Law he spent several years in private business before practicing law in Western Nebraska as a partner with the general practice firm of Padley and Dudden, P. C. He then rejoined State Farm, managing Automobile Claims for State Farm in Colorado, New Mexico, and California.</p><p>Moving from Divisional Claim Superintendent for State Farm’s San Diego operations to General Claim Counsel and Auto Claim Counsel at State Farm’s Corporate office, Mr. Barnhart has spent the past 12 years as in-house counsel providing legal analysis, advice, and support for State Farm’s Auto Claims operations in Florida and the Great West states of Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and Wyoming.</p><p>A CPCU, Mr. Barnhart is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Illinois, and before the United States Supreme Court.</p>
