If there is more than one organisation please list all parties and dates of liability Answer:- The property was the result of the merger but was subsequently split on the same day it was raised on 02 April 2005 and so the answer for the question is that was not a ratepayer liable for this assessment between 1 February 2005 until 31 March 2005 b. Confirm whether the property was classified as vacant or occupied for the same period. Answer:- The property was the result of the merger but was subsequently split on the same day it was raised on 02 April 2005 and so the answer for the question is neither occupied nor unoccupied as the assessment was not in existence during the period in question.</p><p>2. Confirm whether the property was classified as vacant or occupied for the same period.
