If the grantee submits a budget revision or carry over request, the project officer should be copied in any correspondence to the GMO. If grantees have questions about the review of their application, how the grant funds can be used, potential changes to their program, or changes in staffing, they should contact their Project Officer. Project Officers provide technical assistance to the states by providing ORHP and other updates, organize regular Regional conference calls and facilitate the planning of Regional meetings. </p><p>Program Coordinators</p><p>Program Coordinator State Offices of Rural Health (SORH) Program; NOSORH Keith Midberry Cooperative Agreement</p><p>Medicare Rural Hospital David Dietz Flexibility (Flex) Program</p><p>Small Rural Hospital Bridget Ware Improvement Program (SHIP)</p><p>Flex Monitoring Team (FMT) Megan Meacham Program</p><p>Technical Assistance and Mike McNeely Services Center (TASC)</p><p>Program coordinators provide leadership and perform administrative and oversight activities that contribute towards the overall success of the grant program. They are responsible for preparation of grant guidance and coordination of the grant application, review and funding processes. Any questions related to the processing of the application should be directed to the Program Coordinator.</p><p>72</p>
