Constitution Committee o Mike to send out meetings notifications 2. Mission Statement o Members to send mission statement values to Theresa 3. Web Site o Content required o Theresa to devise a Welcome Page update o Minutes to be posted on website o Interlock schedule and scores should be posted on the web site 4. Advertising o Should be a full page, should include one study regarding a volunteer from each local association; due within two weeks</p><p>1 5. Bantam, Midget, Major Midget Interlock o Tues nights worked well for Major Midget, other nights, teams struggled to field enough players o Suggestion that Bantam and Midget have specific nights; generally well-received 6. SBA Shirts o Agreement to order 15 shirts 7. Banking o Desire for each exec member needing to make payments to have a number of cheques on hand o SBA bank statement should be provided at every meeting o Stingers to provide a bank statement 8. Interlock o Desire to have set nights for each level as much as possible o Potential for Bantam to be Tues and Thurs, Midget normally same as Bantam, Senior Midget one night each week, likely a night not used by Bantam/Midget o Desire to have some templates for scheduling prior to season o Desire to have 18 game regular season o Difficult to meet all requests, they often compete, examples include: park nights available; trying to avoid Fri nights; rainout make up games; a case </p><p>2 where a coach is the only coach for two teams at more than one level; trying to schedule specific local association Bantam and Midget teams at the same parks to enable call ups for Midget teams not to default 9. Umpire Clinics o Scheduled for April, need dates to post on all web sites o Jerry may be able to run one in May for those that missed April 10. Coaching Clinics o Some discussion on this, desire for Stingers to run some coaching clinics as they have been successful in the past, one example being a visit to East Toronto for a day in 2014 o $ 29 NCCP Clinics 11.
