I assume all risks and hazard Incidental to CMSLCSL participation, including transportation to and from the games: and I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the CMSLCSL, its principals, organizers, sponsors, participants, person’s transporting my son to or from activities, AND OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF BRECKNOCK PARK for any claims arising out of injury to my son.</p><p>Signature______Date______</p><p>1) Teams will be randomly drawn each session; CMSLCSL reserves the right to adjust teams mid- Session to mitigate competitive imbalance or defuse potential difficulties that may arise. 2) Body checking is prohibited, any infringement may result in immediate dismissal form the session. Persistent infringement will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the league. 3) Unsportsmanlike behavior, i.e. taunting, foul language, fighting, will result in dismissal. 4) All participants are expected to respect the game, themselves, their opponents, teammates, officials and CMSLCSL administration @ all times, failure to do so will result in sanctions commensurate with the offense, including, but, not limited to, removal from the league. Any offense deemed to warrant removal from all, or part of the summer schedule is not subject to review. The player will not only forfeit participation in summer league, but may also face sanctions in other CMSLC sponsor events.
