Mr. Folmer also stated that the district will be giving the NWEA test three times this year and the NDSA test will be given again in October. He stressed how important the NDSA test is to our school and how this test determines AYP.</p><p>Mr. Thueson reported on Supplemental Services will be offered for students in grades 3-12. A packet was made available for the parents in attendance that had a list of providers that have been approved by DPI. This meeting is the first notice and copies are available at both schools. Those requesting supplemental services make sure you have talked with your child about it. Mr. Thueson also noted that if a child is signed up for supplemental services that it is important that the child finishes the program. The girls’ first practice will be August 27th and the boys will begin their season sometime in the middle of October.</p><p>If your son/daughter is interested in participating in any of the above activities, please encourage them to play.
