<p>1/8/2013 Minutes:</p><p>Start: 8:09pm</p><p>12/2012 Andrea motioned Tera, second minutes approved</p><p> CDT: no updates</p><p> Board update:</p><p>Welcome new board members: Columbia VP, Jerry Hughes: Web Master, Caroline Nowyckyj</p><p>Discussion of board members to be required to attend set amount of meetings annually, specifically mandatory attendance on meetings voting in new board members. Discussion of setting time limit on board meetings possible end time set for 9:00pm. To be revisited for 2/2013. </p><p>Bi-laws revisited, Members of club attending four or more board meetings a year are able to vote/input on general club decisions, secretary will post attended members highlighted that have voting status on monthly minutes.</p><p>President to be notified via any contact of all club issues, not limited to executive board</p><p>Tom Simmons has requested to address CWSA board with proposal of a partnership. CWSA would add a link to our web page that would give players/family’s access to his premier team page. He would like to address board with a partnership proposal to benefit both clubs- PASSED for board to listen date TBA</p><p> Uniform update by Laura Lawton expressing concern of over stock in uniforms, open to suggestion of how to utilize excess uniforms after spring season. Hold on ordering new uniforms as of spring 2013 try to use what we have in stock. Cut of date for spring uniforms is February 15 registration deadline is March 1. Laura to email Bill More of XARA to notify of CWSA change of uniform company as of fall 2013. Andrea to be CCd</p><p> NED meeting 1/15, annual RSVP by 1/12: 1/25 CJSA annual meeting, Andrea, Walter or Julie to attend</p><p> Spring Season sign up in person at Windham Middle, 6:00pm 1/22 and 1/29 with Caroline: Caroline also allotted $300.oo budget for 3,000 flyers to be distributed to Windham schools, “Late Fee” reminder as well as warning of possible filled teams to be added: Cash and checks handed DIRECTLY to Caroline at in person registration (Caroline and Julie to post payments) all other payment needs to be sent to PO Box, Coaches to be reminded not to accept payments!!</p><p> Indoor update: Currently 46 registered, tee shirts to be discussed</p><p> SSKO- start up, ideas welcome date TBA for April End: 9:00pm </p>
