<p>DEMA Southeast Regional Sales Manager</p><p>DEMA Engineering Company is a leader in fluid control devices and chemical dispensing systems for multiple professional markets including food service, laundry, housekeeping, car wash, agriculture, industrial, food & beverage processing, and equipment manufactures. Our products are sold to institutional and industrial chemical manufacturers, distributors, service companies and equipment manufacturers as part of a complete chemical solution for the end use customer. DEMA is a privately held company based in St. Louis, Missouri with multiple manufacturing locations across the United States and international locations around the world. </p><p>DEMA currently has an opening for a Southeast Regional Sales Manager covering most of the southeast United States. This person is the primary sales contact for DEMA’s regional customers and responsible for achieving sales targets, training, troubleshooting and introducing new products to a large customer base and territory. Additional responsibilities include implementing company initiatives and supporting other DEMA customers operating within the territory.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales and sales management experience in a B2B industry with experience in the food service, laundry and or janitorial supply markets a major plus. This person will have technical aptitude and the willingness to learn to install and program chemical dispensing systems for commercial dish machines, kitchens, laundry machines, housekeeping and other applications. This person is required to travel a significant portion of the work week, with a company vehicle and expense budgets provided.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:  Primary sales and sales management contact for customers and prospects in the southeast United States region  Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and markets and growing existing customers  Train customers on DEMA products and applications and troubleshoot problems as required  Work with sales leaders, marketing managers and engineering managers to build stronger customer relationships, develop new products / ideas and solve customer problems  Work with other Regional Sales Managers and National Account Managers to support other DEMA customers </p><p>Key Requirements:  Outstanding selling and interpersonal skills plus the ability to work in a team environment  Strong analytical and organization skills to manage a large and diverse sales territory  Strong skills in presenting and teaching technical subjects in an easy to understand manner, mechanical and electrical experience a plus  Experience with key Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience with CRM and ERP/MRP systems a plus  Ability to learn and use new technologies including iOS apps and CRM software  Willingness to travel 50-75% to grow territory and support customers DEMA offers a competitive salary, bonus package, company vehicle and benefits package that includes medical insurance, 401(k) with company match and tuition reimbursement.</p><p>Send resume and cover letter to:</p><p>Nancy Woods Human Resources Manager 10020 Big Bend Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63122 [email protected]</p>
