During the previous revision in UL 94 dated July 08, 2015, these clauses were existing inadvertently missed out and this proposal aims at updating the missed-out clauses. With this certifications revision, there would be no impact to the current UL 94 recognitions involving Carbon Black as a pigment / colorant. The test program for an ALL color recognition as per the previous requirement and current requirement would remain the same The following is Summary of Action Not Required new/revised certification requirements effective July 8, 2015 based on revisions dated July 8, 2015 to the 6th Edition of the Standard. </p><p>Section Summary of requirements Action Paragraph Clause 7.3.4, 8.3.4 IFR is not required as this proposal only provides a special position for Carbon Black as an No Impact to and 10.2.3 additive. Earlier, Carbon Black was considered as an Organic Colorant/Pigment, which was existing tested as per the UL 94 Test Program. With this revision, there would be no impact to the certifications current UL 94 recognitions involving Carbon Black as a pigment / colorant. The test program for an ALL color recognition as per the previous requirement and current requirement would remain the same</p>
