<p>Our prestigious Mining Client Organization is seeking for Bilingual English-Spanish Exploration Geologist with Mining Experience in Epithermal Gold Systems, in Central America. </p><p>Bilingual English/Spanish Senior and Junior Geologists in Central America </p><p>Objective: The Senior Geologist is to help increase the size of the Company’s flagship from an indicated and inferred Resource of approximately 1.62 million ounces gold at 5.6 g/t to alt least 2 million oz gold and bring to Bankable Feasibility.</p><p>Responsibilities: The role is field-based and in addition to drilling supervision and core logging the incumbent will have overall responsibility for implementing and maintaining team standards in the collection of accurate digital logging and surveying data, digital geological mapping data, and sampling QAQC. </p><p>Education: The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of Bachelor of Science level in Geology. Master Degree will be ideal. </p><p>Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the Gold Mining Industry is required. In addition to solid drilling supervisory experience and core logging, the Senior Geologist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining team standards, in the collection of accurate digital logging and surveying data, digital geological mapping data, and sampling QAQC. Knowledge in GIS (MapInfo) and mining (Micromine) software is required. High degree qualification and experience in Epithermal Gold Systems will be viewed favorably. </p><p>Bilingual: English/Spanish (Good working knowledge of Spanish is desirable) </p><p>The Senior Geologist will be under expatriate employment arrangement. Junior Geologist in Nicaragua</p><p>The Junior Geologist is expected to work with a team of local geologists and support staff. The role is field- based and involves drill supervision and core logging as well as the collection of accurate digital logging and surveying data, digital geological mapping data, and sampling QAQC. The Junior Geologist will report directly to the Nicaraguan based country manager.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of Bachelor of Science level, have a minimum of 3 years exploration experience, be a Professional Geologist with drilling experience, have a familiarity of GIS (MapInfo) and mining (Micromine) software, and have a working knowledge of Spanish.
