Rejoicing in the spirit that sustains us and spurs us on, we pray for our church, for those in need, and for all of creation. a brief silence</p><p>Bless our efforts to engage with your world as you would have us do. Mark our partnership with the Anglican Church of Canada with creativity and vibrancy. Bless Bishop Logan, Bishop Greg and the congregations of our synod. We pray especially today for Living Faith in Sechelt and Pastor Ian Nestegaard Paul and Lord of Life Mission in Sandspit and Pastor James Whaley. Lord of fall re-engagement</p><p>Hear our prayer. God of creation, bless this world you have made and let its inhabitants flourish. Make us wise and enthusiastic in tending to the land and water upon which all life depends. Thank you for providing so many of us a good living through the natural resources from within the land and from the sea. Lord of fall re-engagement</p><p>Hear our prayer. God of all peoples and nations, we pray for increasing peace around the world. Bless exiles, refugees, and those far from home. Help us to welcome and embrace newcomers to our community and our country.</p><p>Lord of fall re-engagement Hear our prayer.</p><p>God of healing and help, enable us to learn from both good times and bad. Change our attitudes towards difficulties when they cannot be removed from our lives. Turn your heart to those we name aloud or deep within us. We pray especially for those who have requested your care and strength (name those on the prayer list)</p><p>Lord of fall re-engagement</p><p>Hear our prayer.</p><p>God of alpha and omega, help us to live full lives regardless of our means. Help us make the most of what we have been given, and save us from the greed that can lead to discontent and dissatisfaction. Lord of fall re-engagement</p><p>Hear our prayer. God of human history, bless our minds with the active remembrance of people we have loved and lost, of saints past and present who enrich our lives of faith. Lord of fall re-engagement</p><p>Hear our prayer. Into your strong hands, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting that you are with us now and to the end of our days. Amen</p>
