<p> THE AFIKIM FOUNDATION Invites all students ages 6-14 to participate in its ToTal Talmud Torah Network’s Kosher Extravaganza!!</p><p>3 ways to win prizes</p><p>***Contest Deadline-June 15th —Start Today!!! ***</p><p>Part I- Label Contest -open to all students ages 6-14</p><p>1) Students collect kosher symbols from grocery item packages. Major symbols accepted are OU, OK, Chaf-K, Star K, KAJ, OV, CRC, (as shown on Flyer)</p><p>2) Parents send email to [email protected] by June 15, 2006 confirming the number of labels collected by their child(ren).</p><p>3) Names will be entered into a National Raffle drawing, described below. Family members may help out, increasing awareness of the mitzvah of keeping kosher and demonstrating how convenient and readily available kosher products are today. All entrants will receive a glossy and delightfully kid-friendly Kosher “CheatSheet” pamphlet.</p><p> One Grand Prize Winner--Any student collecting 100 or more Kosher labels qualifies to be entered in the Grand Raffle Prize drawing for an X-Box or iPod nano. </p><p> Three 1 st Prize Winners--Any student collecting 50 or more Kosher labels qualifies to be entered into raffle prize of iPod shuffle or Karaoke system w/ monitor. </p><p> Five 2 nd Place Winners--Any student collecting 10 or more Kosher labels qualifies for raffle prize of CD Boombox or Walkie-Talkie system.</p><p> All students who collect 100 kosher labels and/or who enter the Essay or Art Contests described below will receive a colorful Bendable wrist pen.  Part II-National Kosher Essay Contest</p><p>Contest Guidelines</p><p> Contest open to all students ages 10-14. </p><p> Essay topic: “Eating Kosher –Why Me?” or “The Month I Searched</p><p> for Kosher”</p><p> Entries must be type-written, double-spaced, between 200-300 </p><p> words.</p><p> Entries may be submitted online to [email protected] or sent</p><p> to Afikim Foundation, 111 John St., Suite 1720, NYC.
