We are honoured that you have taken time off to be here with us today. I would like to welcome all of you to Singapore and Keppel Shipyard.

We are here today to celebrate the near completion of FPSO Armada Perdana through the many months of hard work that the teams from Bumi Armada and Keppel have put in since the vessel arrived in May last year. With their drive and professionalism, they

Page 1 of 3 have managed to execute this project in a safe and timely manner. The Project has to-date achieved 1.8 million man-hours without lost- time incidents. I would like to commend everyone working on the project for this achievement.

Keppel Shipyard’s affiliation with Bumi Armada goes back into the last decade when we first converted the FPSO Armada Perkasa in 1997. Just 2 years ago, we again had the privilege to work alongside our old friends. We carried out an upgrade on the same vessel, which was later deployed at the Okoro Setu Project, offshore Nigeria.

Keppel is no stranger to the Nigerian oilfields. On top of Armada Perkasa which is currently deployed in the Okoro Setu Fields, we also previously converted two FPSOs, the FPSO Falcon and FPSO ABO, for the Nigerian waters

The deployment of FPSO Armada Perdana in the Oyo Field (OML- 120), 70km off the coast of Nigeria, will add to our track record of successful projects for the West African nation. Mr Hassan Basma, we are honoured for the opportunity to deliver this FPSO to Bumi Armada for Nigeria Agip Exploration Ltd (NAE) and its partners Camac and Allied Energy Resources.

This conversion further strengthens the partnership and trust between Keppel and Bumi Armada.

At Keppel, we are committed to delivering projects safely, timely and with high standards of quality.

Page 2 of 3 To Dr Kase Lawal (TBC) I am confident that you will be pleased with the performance of FPSO Armada Perdana when she serves you in Oyo Field, Nigeria.

I would also like to give special thanks to the Classification society ABS, our subcontractors, suppliers and both the project teams headed by C.B Tan and Paul Natarajan from Bumi Armada; and Avery Yeo and Kyaw Moe Aung from Keppel Shipyard.

Let’s give a round of applause to all of them!

To all our distinguished guests, we are privileged to have you here at this joyous occasion today.

I wish you all an enjoyable afternoon. Thank you.
