Successful applicant’s cheques will be cashed and a refund will be made to the applicant it they do not receive their full application.</p><p>Applications for tickets can be made with this form and cheque by post only</p><p>It is likely a maximum of 2 - 4 tickets will be available per match subject to the numbers applying.
