<p> THE ROMAN NEWS</p><p>In groups you are to research an assigned event during the Roman Republic. You and your group members will present a newscast explaining your event. You can create an IMovie, a PhotoStory, or MovieMaker newscast to present to the class. Or you can present it live in front of the class. The newscast must fully explain all the important information to your assigned event. </p><p>Assignment: </p><p>1) Research your assigned topic individually. You will be required to hand in a report explaining all the important information for your event. Include the “who, what, why, where, when, and how” for your event. The report should be no less than 6 sentences. For full credit there are at least 6 sentences that fully explain the event and all the detail information is correct and present. You can have a script that you will use to explain the event. A handed in script with the answers to the “who, what, etc.” questions clearly labeled will be accepted. </p><p>______/12 Points </p><p>The important information is correctly explained with no missing information</p><p>2) Create a newscast segment that is no less than 3 minutes and no more than 5 minutes in length. The movie must include appropriate images of your assigned topic.
