We will also pay you an additional 5p per mile for any passengers. Length of service refers to complete holiday years’ service eg an employee starting employment in September 2017 would reach their 2 holiday years’ service on 1 April 2020. If you start, leave or changes your contracted hours during the holiday year then your entitlement will be pro rata. Compulsory days will be added to holiday records at the start of the holiday year, the system will make a deduction for hours that you would have been due to work on these days – refer to the employee handbook for more information on compulsory days.</p>
