Number of covered generators serviced by reporting hauler in Rancho Cordova that are subject to Ordinance 20-2008 (4 yards/week or more of trash service): B. Number of covered generators in compliance with Ordinance 20-2008 with a recycling account with the reporting hauler. “Compliance” is defined as follows: - A written recycling service agreement is executed and on-file with both the covered generator and the reporting hauler and is available for inspection by City staff. - Recycling bins and/or carts have been delivered to the covered generator. - A signed Recycling Plan is on file with both the covered generator and the reporting hauler and is available for inspection by City staff. C. Number of covered generators in compliance with Ordinance 20-2008 with a recycling account with a third party recycler or self-hauler. “Compliance” is defined as follows: - A written recycling service agreement is executed and on-file with the covered generator and is available for inspection by City staff; OR - A self-haul form is completed and on-file with both the reporting hauler and the covered generator and is available for inspection by City staff. - Recycling bins and/or carts have been delivered to the covered generator. - A signed Recycling Plan is on file with the covered generator and the reporting hauler and is available for inspection by City staff. D. Number of covered generators with a signed Recycling Plan whom selected Option 7e (covered generated acknowledges non-compliance) E.
