<p>Tasting Room Lead Attendant</p><p>Talley Vineyards is seeking a full-time Tasting Room Lead Attendant to assist customers in our tasting room. </p><p>The schedule for this position is Thursday to Monday. Holiday availability is required. This is a benefits eligible position: medical, dental, vision, 401k available.</p><p>Our Tasting Room Attendants provide a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, with quality and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment. They promote the sale of wine and non-wine merchandise sold in the Tasting Room. This position involves pouring wine as well as describing the wines, winery history and providing general tourist information. Tasting Room Attendants also work special events such as our pick- up parties for our wine club members. </p><p>Our Lead Attendants provide leadership, guidance, and training to other staff members. They are also responsible for helping with bank deposits, inventory, and other administrative duties. They may also take phone calls from customers and assist them in setting up tasting appointments. </p><p>Applicants should have recent tasting room experience, a positive attitude, and a desire to go above and beyond to help our guests have an amazing experience at our winery.</p><p>Qualifications: 1-2 years of Tasting Room Experience Intermediate wine knowledge Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be at least 21 years old.
