<p> ECD - Edit Campus Settings</p><p>1. From the Main Menu Select “Other Menus”</p><p>2. From “Other Menus” Select “Administrative Menu” 3. Select “Edit Settings” from the “Administrative Menu”</p><p>4. The Screen That Opens Allows an Administrator to Adjust Several Global Settings.</p><p>Click “Edit” on the first line to open the screen on the next page. It may be used to adjust campus settings. Enter “Yes” To switch a setting on, “No” to switch a setting off. The settings functions are as follows.</p><p>Use Microsoft Word For ECD Inbox: This indicates if ECDs may be downloaded in Microsoft Word Format.</p><p>Use Microsoft Word For Find A Course: This indicates if approved courses (In the “Find A Course” wizard) may be downloaded in Microsoft Word format.</p><p>Approve To Return User: This indicates if a returned ECD follows it’s original approval path forward or is approved directly to the user who returned it. Example: If Yes and the user at stop 6 returns it to the initiator, when the initiator approves again the ECD goes directly to stop 6. If this setting is “No” then when the initiator approves the ECD would go again to stop 2, stop 3, etc.</p><p>5. Press “Edit” on the Second Line of the Screen Below To Change Campus Administrator Settings. 6. The Campus Administrator Settings May Be Changed On The Screen Below.</p><p>Use the settings on this screen as follows.</p><p>Campus Approver: Enter the user id of the official campus approver. This setting is used to send an email to the campus approver when the Articulation Officer enters a change using the Articulation Officer’s menu. </p><p>CC1: Enter the user id of a user that should receive an email when the Articulation Officer enters a change using the Articulation Officer’s menu.</p><p>CC2: Enter the user id of a user that should receive an email when the Articulation Officer enters a change using the Articulation Officer’s menu.</p>
