WebCEF (http://www.webcef.eu/ ) is an EU-based Minerva consortium whose aims it to develop and emphasise oral skills in foreign language learning in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEF). WebCEF will allow teaching staff to jointly evaluate the oral skills and proficiency of their pupils through a web-based environment.</p><p> A cooperation and research project (2009–2010) with University of Stockholm, USOS (Institutionen för utbildningsvetenskap med inriktning mot språk och språkutveckling).
