Meeting Minutes, November 9 th 2015</p><p>Attendees: Lynn Hinkle, , Matt Shomper, Noel Winblad, Heather Bledsoe, Julie Taylor, Doug Mann, Susan Reeder, Rhonda Walker, Kari Prall.</p><p>Officer Reports: President: Diahann , Absent</p><p>Vice President: Kari Motion to approve October minutes. Heather Bledsoe, 1st, Lynn Hinkle 2nd, motion passed. </p><p>Secretary: Becky Absent</p><p>Treasurer: Noel Winblad. Treasurer report, $46,965.28 in account; fund drive final $18,922.51; 50/50 thru football $1,051.00, programs $935, spiritwear $4,500.00. </p><p>Committee Reports: Spirit Wear update: Great job on on-line orders, keep up the great work Noel & Heather. Flyers went out on 3D figurine. Will set up table at parent meeting on Nov 17th.</p><p>Possibly setting up an on-line store again in spring.</p><p>Other fund raising ideas include Kari setting up a 3 point shot at half time at games to raise money. </p><p>Kari - Rally towels for playoff football games - 250 quantity for $3.50 each per cost and sell for $5.00 each. Start selling Thursday before game. Motion by Doug Mann 2nd Heather Bledoe, $875.00 expense. Motion approved, will sell at Hock’s and school. </p><p>50/50 Winter drawing update. Tickets are in, will deliver to coaches with rosters by Friday. 15-20 to sell before Thanksgiving. Will sell at Basketball games, drawing on Feb. 13th.</p><p>Senior Nights: Great job Rhonda on flowers. Winter senior nites, will include, Cheerleading, Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Winter percussion, Swimming, and Devilaires.</p><p>Banquets: Heather Bledsoe chairperson.</p><p>Scholarship Info: Looking for someone to chair this committee – will revisit in December.</p><p>Other items. Doug Mann: Doug came up with laminated tags to have booster members wear to show presence at events. Will make 20 and use lanyards to wear. Also nametags would cost $11.50 each. </p><p>Matt Shomper still working on updating record boards in halls. Plan on presenting Tonya Rittenhouse and family a banner at a basketball game in honor of Ryan. </p><p>Doug Mann would like boosters to come up with a stand on stadium project, and a support statement. Susan Reeder said she would help with communication on the stadium project. </p><p>Athletic Director: Football playoffs at Wayne, vs. Trotwood. Basketball scrimmages underway, Band last blast at gym on Tuesday Nov 10th. Freshman girls schedule being finalized, Parent orientation Tuesday, </p><p>Hired Nick Petro as Head Wrestling coach.
