Secretary’s Report – Althea Parrish </p><p>MOTION: Treasurer Rick Keeney made a motion to accept the Minutes of the last Executive Committee Meeting, May 10, 2014. Immediate Past President Dale Haas seconded said motion. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. </p><p>2. Treasurer’s Report - Rick Keeney talked abut the mid year report and the Treasurer’s Workshop that was at the Expo. No written Report </p><p>3. President’s Report – Russell Ketchem talked about the upcoming 2015 Expo Show in Daytona. The Legendary Committee is a new Committee for recognition for members and will be reaching out to the Branches. No Written Report</p><p>4. President Elect’s Report – Robert Garland went over his steering committee for the 2015 Expo and the agenda for this show. Discussion.</p><p>5. Vice President’s Report – Chas Jordan – Chas attended the 2 Top Ten Award recipients from the Florida Chapter, David Derrick and Tracy Mercer. He also stated he has begun the process of establishing a 2016 Expo Steering Committee that will be help in Tampa Bay. </p><p>Expo Task Force – Chas Jordan – The 2015 Expo will be in conjunction with NACE and the final review of the MOU with NACE was completed. </p><p>Florida hosting the 2017 APWA Congress was the next discussion. There are forms from National APWA that need to be filled out and this if very preliminary. He explained the process that National goes through picking a location for Congress. </p><p>MOTION: Vice President Chas Jordan made a motion to authorize the Florida Chapter Officers to bid for the 2017 Congress through APWA National. Immediate Past President Dale Haas seconded said motion. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. </p><p>6. Immediate Past President Report – Dale Haas – He thanked everyone for all their hard work during his presidency. He announced the Florida Chapter received the PACE award and thanked Amy Blaida for all her hard work.</p><p>7. Alternative House Delegate Mark Juliano – Gave the House Delegate Report (House Delegate Doug Layton excused absence – Mark had his proxy) and Mark reported at this time voting was open for National positions. </p><p>8. Old Business – No discussion</p><p>9.
