Our website is www.jnfsteam.com. </p><p>Job purpose: Fehlinger Field Service Technicians repair and maintain pressure control valves and related equipment in major buildings in the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, they perform inspection services, troubleshoot and provide customers with preventative maintenance solutions. </p><p>Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain pressure control valves and associated equipment such as control panels 2. Repair valves on customer site in buildings in New York City 3. Work with building maintenance staff to solve any issues with pressure reducing stations 4. Coordinate with Fehlinger maintenance shop manager 5. Write up service reports and customer maintenance plans for review by the Service Manager 6. Proactively follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Quote additional repair work that is recommended</p><p>Requirements 1. Exposure to process control equipment and systems 2. Experience with mechanical systems 3. Technical school/training or journeyman (apprentice) training 4. Ability to work in hot environments 5. Interpersonal and client relation skills 6. A problem-solving “can do” attitude 7.
