<p> SSS Advisory Board Minutes Thursday, November 19, 2015</p><p>Present: Casey Hoffman, Eyasu Ogbazghi, Stephanie Cisewski, Bruce Ouderkirk, Kayla Sund, Katelyn Breheim, Savannah Berthiaume, Jason Rosas, Mai Neng Yang, Staas Wolter (?), Elizabeth Gruber, Andy Strowig</p><p>Reports:</p><p> Secretary’s Report: Casey read the minutes from the last meeting, and they were approved.  Treasurer’s Report: Current balance after adding in the money from the fundraiser ($75) and taking out the money to reimburse Liz for the chicken ($29.50) and Eyasu for the fliers ($6.86) will be $445.46. </p><p>Old Business:  Helping Hands Food Drive: We ended up donating 250 oz of food. Thank you to all who donated and to Eyasu for bringing the donations to Davies!  Burrachos Fundraiser: The fundraiser was very successful. Eyasu picked up the check, and we made $75.</p><p>New Business:  Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner: TODAY</p><p> December Event Ideas: Ugly sweater/Holiday party! We are planning for December 10th from 7:00-9:00pm in Oak Ridge basement. We will have cookie decorating supplied by SSS Advisory Board. We will also be making Christmas cards for soldiers! </p><p> Officer Elections for 2016: Nominations for positions are: President- Stephanie Cisewski, Vice President- Eyasu Ogbazghi, Secretary- Casey Hoffman, Treasurer- Amy Schick, Social Chair- Elizabeth Gruber, Historian: Danielle Ferestad, Publicity Chair- Barbara Vue and Jason Rosas Ramirez. Voting will take place online until next meeting on Dec 3rd. </p><p> Holiday Photo!: Taken for Bookstore contest Open Floor: </p><p> Thank you to Eyasu for setting up the Burrachos fundraiser!</p><p> Thanks to all who donated to the food drive!  There was a forum on Tuesday about digital privacy.
